Look no further for wet technique watercolour paper
Whether you need to paint using watercolours, gouache, ink or acrylic paint, we have the paper to suit your needs.
Our watercolour paper sheets are easy-to-use and since it can be washed with a brush, it effects corrections easily, It's also acid-free and mildew-resistant - which ensures that your art will stand the test of time.
Here are some pointers for finding good watercolour paper:
* Good watercolour paper is versatile, strong and enhances the appearance of your art
* Quality paper is the most important thing that will help improve your painting (you can skimp on the brushes and paint, but not the paper)
* Thicker is better, since it's less likely to buckle when you paint (you don't want it to look like your artwork was left out in the rain). Opt for paper of 300g per m2 or thicker. The smaller the piece of paper, the thinner the paper you can get away with
* Choose the right texture: cold pressed (i.e. NOT rough), rough (which is a more forgiving surface), hot-pressed (a smoother surface ideal for drawing and enhancing small details).
